  • Parent leadership in critical areas – safety, security, canteen etc.
11. What is the medical care plan for SNIs and senior parents? Will there be:
  • Onsite 24×7 availability of medical staff
  • Individualised medical care
  • Does the organization have expertise to sensitize the staff and the community on good practices on health and wellness.
13. Is there a good emergency and crisis plan in place? Is there a network of trusted individuals who can provide support during emergencies?
