Akshadhaa Assisted Living is not an alternative to a senior living facility. It is a new way of thinking.
We have worked hard to anticipate and prepare for the delivery to solutions to all current and future needs that parents may have.
Undoubtedly, parents are caregivers for their children and we will wholeheartedly partner with them in this endeavour.
But this cannot be their only identity or aim in life. To lead truly fulfilling lives, they must be healthy, financially secure, be purposefully engaged and also have abundant time for rest & relaxation as well as enjoy social engagements.
Akshadhaa Assisted Living offers these facilities and programmes for parents:
- Open spaces, recreation areas, and meeting spaces for social and professional engagements.
- Parent-led operations and governance encourage active community participation.
- Comprehensive healthcare from preventive to palliative care, including screenings, medicine provision, health awareness programs, and support groups.
- Opportunities for parents to volunteer, network, mentor, and gain qualifications in neurodiversity and other fields.
- Financial planning, taxation, and resource allocation support.

Neurodiverse employees bring valuable skills but may struggle in traditional workspaces. Our community offers co-working spaces in a dedicated area, supported by our healthcare experts. Corporates can adopt these spaces in our outreach center and employ remote workers or contribute through volunteers and resources to help our special needs individuals contribute productively. Over a decade, Akshadhaa Foundation has partnered with various corporates, achieving successful outcomes and fostering inclusivity.
